Sub-processors

Unvld uses the companies below to run the service. Each one processes some of your information on our behalf and under our instructions, and none of them may use it for their own purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

Your information may be stored and processed wherever these providers operate. Our AI providers are bound by terms that forbid training models on what we send them. We update this page when we add or remove one of the companies named above.

• Supabase
  Holds your records and the files you upload, including email attachments.
• Vercel
  Hosts the Unvld website and delivers it to your browser, and passes content to our AI model providers; processes request metadata including IP address.
• Railway
  Hosts the Unvld application server; processes your records in transit.
• AI model providers
  Read your conversations with Cayhil and the records assembled to answer them, the email you forward, the contracts you upload, and the pitch and summary drafts described in Section 8 of the Privacy Policy. Which providers we use changes as we test and improve these features.
• Resend
  Delivers your verification and password-reset email, and receives the brand email you forward.
• Inngest
  Processes background jobs, including the contents of email you forward and contracts you upload.
• PostHog
  Product analytics.
• Sentry
  Error and performance monitoring.
• Google
  Handles Google sign-in when you choose it.
